EES System

  • How long is a session?

    Every session runs for 2 hours. 

  • How do I prepare myself for a EES session?

    • Wear layered clothes since your body temperature tends to drop when you are completely relaxed. 
    • Bring a sleep mask if you prefer complete darkness for sleeping. 
    • Hydrate yourself prior EES session and bring along your drinking bottle to hydrate your body.
    • No wearing of any perfumes or oils as some guests may be sensitive to scents.
    • Avoid caffeine before sessions.

  • What will be provided during the EES session?

    Zero gravity chair and relaxing music with solfeggio frequencies will be playing. If you’d rather have silence, consider bringing a noise-cancelling headphone or earbuds. Blankets are available upon request.

  • I am travelling to visit Inner Radiance in Singapore, what are the nearby hotels?

    There are 3 hotels within walking distance to Inner Radiance @ Parkway Parade #19-04:

    1. Grand Mercure Roxy (4mins)
    2. Village Katong Hotel (8mins)
    3. Holiday Inn Express Katong Singapore (10mins) 

QHHT

  • Can I be hypnotized/regressed?

    Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state. Similarly, by watching your favourite TV program, you quickly drop into first level of hypnosis.


    We all experience the deeper trance state used in QHHT® just before we go to sleep and just before we wake, as we pass through the Theta brain wave.


    So, everyone can be hypnotized, including you!

  • Where will my QHHT® session take place?

    All QHHT® sessions are conducted in person, in Antonia's office at Parkway Parade 80 Marine Parade #19-04 Singapore 449269. 

  • How long is a QHHT® session?

    5-8 Hours. Please note that session lengths may vary as every session and every person is unique; some sessions may be longer, some may be slightly shorter.


    Dolores Cannon always said that a QHHT® session cannot be rushed; this is your day and you will not leave the same person who arrived in the morning!
